SOCIAL DISTANCING
Guests & Crew Members are encouraged to practice social distancing when possible. Multiplayers games may be temporarily disabled on occasion in order to maintain social distancing standards.
FACE MASKS
Masks are optional, yet recommended for non-vaccinated or individuals that may have increased risk due to certain health conditions or reasons noted by the CDC. Need a Mask? Just ask.
ENHANCED CLEANING
Dedicated Sanitation crew members will consistently clean high contact areas, including arcade machines after every use, bowling balls before and after each game, ball returns, bowling screen, tables, and chairs.
HAND SANITIZER STATIONS
Hand sanitizer stations are placed throughout the facility. Please remember to wash and sanitize your hands often.
HEPA AIR PURIFIERS
Placed in common areas and effective in removing 99.97% of bacteria, virus carriers, pollen, and dust from the air.
CLEAN BOWLING EQUIPMENT
BetFiery Sanitation Crew members:
- Will bring the group’s bowling shoes
- Provide PPE for guests if they are in need or desire face masks or gloves
- 5 oz bottles of hand sanitizer are available upon request
CLEAN BOWLING AREAS
BetFiery Sanitation Crew members:
- Sanitize every ball in return, including finger holes, using a gloved hand and sanitizer solution.
- Sanitize high contact areas, including the ball return, screen, tables, stools, and counters.
FOLLOWING THE GAME
When you finish your game, leave everything, and a BetFiery Crew member will clean:
- All bowling balls
- Bowling ball return
- Bowling screen
- All tables and stools
- Disinfect and return shoes
